My Letter To You
Hey there! Whether or not we've met before, welcome to my blog!
This is my First Blog Ever and I am SO happy that you are here.
I travel fairly often and I've always thought of a way to record my thoughts, my events, my memories. Like some of you, I've been journalling since I was very young but a journal is pretty much private, whereas this BLOGGIE is open for literally everyone! I'd love to share with you my thoughts on people, investments, countries, politics, beauty and at some point, I would love to hear from you as well. I guess through intellectual exchanges, you will understand me more.
Love,
Venus Han xx

The Idea
I might not be the most experienced person to comment on a variety of matters, but I guess travelling experiences are helpful.
I've noticed some small and big patterns of human behaviours and how people make unconscious and conscious subconscious decisions. Since I've learnt to adapt to new cultures fairly quickly, I could give a glance on a person or matter and notice multiple important traits or background information about them, and they are always verified to be true. It's just fun-ny! I think I could say my judgments are a combination of empirical evidence and theoretical insights, and to be honest, this is also my profession - what I like to do and good at doing :)
- believe it or not, I even found out my own family secrets through logics and judgments.
Reading philosophical and psychological books from the west and east just helped to enrich my insights, and to be fair, my beauty standard on people. Books were written in different centuries and times during which significant events have happened. With that we always see similarities of ideas in music, movies, arts under the influence of significant events and schools of thoughts at the time. Thus, contextualising the ideas with what's at the background could be the key to utilise the learnings in our time. It's so important to stay intellectual - or let's say conscious and relevant in the world.
After all, I think it's fun to write and read, and I hope you like it too!
